What is your hourly rate?
Our hourly labour rate is $90 including GST. We offer a concession rate for pensioners.

What are your operating Hours?
We are open Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM until 5:00 PM. In an emergency situation, we’re available after-hours.

How do I book an appointment?
Please call us on 0402 857 995. We will discuss your needs arrive onsite right away! We provide upfront quotes with no hidden surprises. We can book in a time that is convenient to you as we do our best to cater to your schedule.

Which areas do you service?
We provide first class professional mobile computer repair, sales and installation services to homes and businesses in and around the Kingston – Hobart area.

Do you service both home and businesses?
Yes, we provide professional computer repair and maintenance services to homes and business; big and small.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept payment in cash, direct deposit or by cheque. However, we’re not currently accepting credit card payments.

Do you repair laptops?
Yes, we repair laptops including supplying and fitting screens, keyboards, batteries, AC power adaptors, RAM and disk drives. We also clone HDD to SSD for laptops.

Do you offer remote support?
Yes, we offer remote support by phone as well as through Team Viewer.

Do you offer discounts?
Yes, we offer 10% discount for pensioners and unemployed.

Do you offer a warranty on your repairs?
Yes, we have a 12 months limited warranty on hardware repair.
